What was the highlight of The Londoner
Modern, comfortable luxury in an amazing location.
The room was quiet and comfortable, with all the required amenities. We felt safe and secure and were really able to relax in a luxurious setting. We would have loved to stay for additional time to really explore everything the hotel has to offer.
Although highly professional, we felt like the welcome was a little insincere and overdone. I suspect many patrons would really enjoy this, but the exuberant, almost ceremonial welcome was a little much after a long journey in. We want to get to our room as quickly as possible, safe in the knowledge that we can reach out for further assistance if required.
